Coca Beans (Chocolate)

No question of minor or adult, but everyone wants to bite a delicious chocolate all the daylong. Male or female, everybody cast his or her vote in favor of mouth watering chocolate. There are few ‘if’ and ‘buts’ in this matter. I don’t want to go against the chocolate, but it is the researchers who suggest that cocoa beans could be suitable for you.

If you don’t believe give your ears to Dolly Sullivan aging 60 years and lives in Warwick, Rhode Island, who believe on researchers. She used to take two or three bars of Dove dark chocolate daily, talked her mother to switch it from cocoa or coffee. She says: “I am a chocoholic. I can’t walk by a chocolate store. I have always enjoyed chocolate, but now I don’t want to take it now, due to a reason.”

What researchers concluded has reality in it. There is a natural compound which is called flavanols and the researchers suggest that the compound is favorable to blood vessels.

The manager Clementine Loeman of a shop at Washington’s Union Station told us that the customers think about it in other way. They think that dark stuff might give us health. There is a reason behind it that when the company started as a pharmacy before 148 years, people consider dark chocolate as medicinal.

As we told you that flavanols is good to health, it should be in chocolates, but the tragedy is that the chemical is missing from chocolates nowadays. The confectioners have a reason that it has bitter taste, so it changes the taste of chocolate and cocoa. They consume so many years to minimize the pungent flavor of flavanols.
A radiology professor Nom Hollenberg who is also an expert at Harvard Medical School says: “All chocolates are rich in fat & calories, they are delicious, it should be a part of our responsible diet.

If we are not eating chocolate, it means that we are limiting our diet.”

If we are keen to take the benefit of flavanols, then we can take other things like grapes, green tea, red wine and apples.

After long discussions we concluded that flavanols is good for health. Taking this idea Mars Inc is trying to produce a new kind of bar that will contain flavanols. These bars will also have sterols as ingredient which helps to control cholesterol.

The company claims that its Dove dark chocolates have calories and as well as flavanols.

Furthermore the researchers are now excited about the ability of flavanols that it s helpful to vascular diseases, which may lead to strokes, dementia, heart attacks, diabetes and hypertension. When artery became unable to produce a fundamental chemical nitric oxide, it causes to vascular diseases, whereas flavanols is helpful in producing the above said chemical.
